List of newly implemented sections of Companies Act, 2013

Dear Friends,

Ministry of corporate affairs vide its notification  dated 12^th September 2013, brought into effect 98 sections of the Companies Act, 2013 w.e.f. 12^th September 2013. To clear out the implementation of some of these sections Ministry again issued a circular No15/2013 on 13^th Sep. 2013. 

For the benefits of our friends we have compiled the list of newly implemented sections of Companies Act, 2013 along with corresponding sections of the Companies Act, 1956.
